Our client is a significant player in the Czech Republic in the area of land development and asset management with multiple properties across the industrial and the commercial sectors.

The Mission

The mission was to attract a qualified managing director with at least ten years of general management experience in an international environment of business related to investment management or private equity.

The Profile

The profile would offer strong knowledge in areas ranging from zoning to asset management and development, benefiting from an established network of professional contacts in the real estate industry in the Czech Republic (advisory companies, brokerage firms, architectural companies, construction firms etc …). He or she needed to offer the capability to interact with senior officials among local and national authorities and demonstrate a strong communication ability in front of the media, institutional representations and public authorities.

The mission was fulfilled in about three months.
