The Client

Our client is a European leader in the financial services sector with a strong presence across Central and Eastern Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania).

The Mission

The mission was to attract a qualified finance director with recognized international finance qualifications and at least 15 years in accounting, controlling and finance management roles, including at least one assignment as Regional Chief Financial Officer or Group Chief Financial Officer on the international level, ideally in the Central European region.

The Profile

The profile would demonstrate significant experience as the finance head of a regional group of operations managing individual country finance managers and financial teams of professionals across accounting, controlling, cash management, risk management and legal affairs. He/she would be highly skilled in guiding department heads, managing, evaluating and motivating employees of the whole financial department and ensuring professional training and development of all employees.

The mission was fulfilled in about three months.
