Airvance is seeking an experienced Country Sales Manager for the Czech Republic and Slovakia for its subsidiary Multi-VAC. a prominent player in the ventilation market. strongly established in the czech republic (four branches) and slovakia (two branches), Multi-VAC specializes in cash-and-carry operations and air quality project management.
The challenge
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for defining, leading, and supervising the commercial strategy for Multi-VAC in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. your focus will be on increasing sales, turnover, commercial margin, and customer satisfaction, all in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
You will oversee a team of 6 sales representatives and 6 branches (comprising 6 branch managers and 11 branch officers). This role reports directly to the Managing Director of Multi-VAC.
This senior position will have a pivotal role in overseeing both sales (cash-and-carry and project management) and marketing functions across the two countries. The role is based in Pardubice, Brno, or the Eastern region of the Czech Republic.
The Profile
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in sales, including at least 5 years in a sales management role with a focus on sales strategy and team leadership. Proven experience in B2B point-of-sale operations within the building finishing distribution sector.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, thermal engineering, fluids, renewable energy, or aeraulics.
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
Main missions
- As Sales Manager, you will oversee sales activities and supervise the team, designing strategies to achieve sales targets while fostering client relationships. Your responsibilities will encompass both cash-and-carry operations and supporting the sales force on project-based activities.
- Develop the overall sales strategy and define the resources and organization needed for implementation.
- Manage key accounts and group customers, negotiating and steering business deals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales objectives.
- Set and communicate clear sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their business objectives and needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market landscapes.
- Present and communicate value propositions effectively through presentations and proposals.

- Mastery of sales techniques, including driving the sales process from planning to closing.
